Welcome to Renew – a sacred sanctuary for women to return to their radiance.
These Empress-aligned policies are created to protect our energy, create clarity, and honor the time and spa experience we hold sacred. By setting clear boundaries and expectations, we ensure that every visit supports healing, respect, and balance—for you and for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for settling in.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next guest’s time.

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee of 50-100% of the service cost.

• Renew is a sacred, female-centered space. Please arrive with reverence.
• Phones off. Voices low. Come ready to receive.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-paid. 
• Packages, memberships, and bundles are non-refundable once activated.

• Wellness and skincare items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for unopened items only.

• Your comfort and sovereignty are my priority.
• All services are held in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.
